GamesPK14 Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules for Pakistan

1Introduction

Welcome to GamesPK14. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who access or use the GamesPK14 platform at gamespk14.ws, including all casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, crash games, card games, PSL betting, live cricket scores and any other features or services offered by the platform now or in the future.

GamesPK14 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2Eligibility & Account Registration

To open a GamesPK14 account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an account:

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one GamesPK14 account. Creating duplicate, shared or fake accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances. If you discover a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.

GamesPK14 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, driving licence or utility bill. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GamesPK14 account credentials. Do not share your password or allow any other person to access your account. GamesPK14 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain password security. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

GamesPK14 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are maintained in PKR and all transactions are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa – Instant deposit and withdrawal to registered mobile wallet
• JazzCash – Instant deposit and withdrawal to registered mobile wallet
• NayaPay – Instant deposit and withdrawal to NayaPay account
• SadaPay – Instant deposit and withdrawal to SadaPay account
• IBFT (Bank Transfer) – Deposits processed within 1 business hour; withdrawals within 4–8 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard – Debit or credit card; deposits instant; withdrawals within 2–5 business days depending on issuing bank

GamesPK14 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or limits. Any such fees are the responsibility of the account holder and are not controlled or reimbursed by GamesPK14. All withdrawals are subject to a verification review. GamesPK14 processes standard withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts and within 4–8 hours for IBFT bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional security checks are required. Any withdrawal delayed beyond 24 hours will trigger an automatic review by the GamesPK14 finance team.

4Bonuses & Promotions

GamesPK14 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and special promotions tied to specific events such as PSL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to your GamesPK14 bonus balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they can be converted to real withdrawable funds.
• The standard wagering requirement on deposit bonuses is 35x the combined value of the deposit and bonus. This figure is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering with real money balance takes priority over bonus balance. Bonus balance is used automatically once real balance is exhausted.
• Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically 10%–20%, and sports betting typically 20%–50%. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household and per payment method.

5Betting Rules – Sports & PSL

GamesPK14 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket including Pakistan Super League, international Test, ODI and T20I matches, and other major sporting events. The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

Bets accepted by GamesPK14 are binding once confirmed in your account. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the player after placement. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet – including selection, stake, odds and market – before confirming. GamesPK14 does not accept cancellation requests for correctly settled bets where no error has occurred.

• Minimum bet stake: Rs 100 per selection.
• Maximum bet stake: varies by market and event – displayed in the betslip at time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to brief processing delays. The odds displayed at the time of clicking are not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed. If odds move during processing, you will be notified and may accept or decline the new odds.
• Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. All selections must win for the accumulator to return a profit. If one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg.
• Cricket matches abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result under standard DLS rules will result in all pre-match bets being voided and stakes returned.
• GamesPK14 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a corrupted price, technical error, or match-fixing-related irregularity.

In-play markets on GamesPK14 are suspended automatically during breaks in play (over changes, wickets, timeouts, DLS calculations). Bets placed during normal suspension periods – when the market is intentionally open – are valid. GamesPK14 is not liable for bets that are placed during a brief suspension window caused by a technical issue, and such bets may be voided at the platform's discretion if the odds at time of placement were materially incorrect.

6Casino Games & Jackpots

All casino games available on GamesPK14 – including jackpot slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), crash games and card games – are provided by third-party software providers licensed and certified by recognised gaming authorities. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure outcomes are completely random and not influenced by previous results or by the platform.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is displayed in the game information panel before you play. GamesPK14 does not modify game RTP percentages. • Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the GamesPK14 platform, software or intellectual property.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to the sporting events listed on GamesPK14.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the GamesPK14 platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, images, game interfaces, promotional materials and software code – is the intellectual property of GamesPK14 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the GamesPK14 platform or its content without express written permission from the GamesPK14 team. Unauthorised use of GamesPK14 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

10Privacy & Data
